Chocolate Barfi
I made some chocolate- cocunut barfi today and I think this Indian sweet is something you should make too. There are a few ways to make it. I can't share the recipe exactly as I want to support the ameteur cook I learnt it from (here is a link to her website - she does veggie indian cooking classes https://www.veggiekitchen.co.uk/other-info/recipes-to-share/)
Tips- dont overcook the barfi before you chill it
- use milk chocolate for the topping
- use a casserol dish
Hope you enjoy this
(Verifed by my Dad and me who don't usually enjoy indian deserts)

Passionate about the environment. Want to make a difference
I have realised how real a problem the climate crisis is and I;m trying to show up at events to help. I reccomend subscribing and then joining the whatsapp chat to get involved. I've been to a few zoom meeting but not a campaign quite yet, however there are lots to go to now. My latest idea was going to the Edmonton Incinerator event but I I mistaked the date and ended up not going. Maybe there will be a new way to get involved and stop the travesty taking place.
More info about that in particular here https://stop-edmonton-incinerator.org/?link_id=2&can_id=d0d4449cff479a19985f4fd4304f3dda&source=email-rebellion-update-2-2&email_referrer=email_914167&email_subject=xr-camden-rebellion-update-3
Read
I have carried on reading The Mazerunner Series and I reccomended it yet again
The same for the Cogheart and Nevermoor series for slightly younger readers
I also give young adult book Suite Scarlet by Maureen Johnson five stars for being funny yet gripping and quite light hearted
I would actually only recommend this for 11+ year olds
Sorry this page is kind of brief. I think I will definitely post less in the school year but i hope you look at some of my recommendations.... TTFN (ta ta for now haaaaaaa)
Iman
Iman - I am really enjoying reading your blog esp the book reviews. Would love more cooking videos too! Please do remember apostrophe’s and proper capital letters missy! But apart from that, this is such a great place to learn about so many things. Well done. Keep it up!
