I recommend Ohuhu markers as affordable alcohol markers. I recently bought the Honolulu set. I wasn't sure if you'd all be interested in a review but if you are comment down below and I'll do a separate post for that.

This lemon drizzle cake recipe is great except for the fact it may sink in the middle. So make sure the tin isn't too small or the oven temp too high!
