Check out my book reviews of the month- Children of blood and bone, the Mazerunner and Tin.
do (online).
My recommendations are online camps when you have nothing to do as you can improve a skill or knowledge as well as make friends you probably wouldn't have otherwise made. If you are looking for a coding camp, I recommend Coding Games with Java by Firetech. It's best to have a little background knowledge (even if you've only done HTML or something). If you want a non-scheduled free way to do this (as Firetech is pretty pricey) then check out Codecademy which gives you free courses on lots of coding (languages and general topics such as Web Development). If you're an Ismaili young enough to do this (just in case even though I don't think anyone who reads this blog is) I want to say how amazing camp Mosaic (the American version of C and S brought to England online) was, even online, and how you should be planning to do Caring and Sharing or Encounters as soon as you can. Instrument (camps) where you learn a new piece of music or work on a particular skill for 5 or so days can be fun too.
draw and make.
recently I have been drawing people in an anime style using these to help me, I have found this fun and interesting and if you don't know what to draw this is a great thing to do.
There is a charity called CICS or Cochlear Implant Support Group and they would be super grateful if you could sew a mask (if you are crafty) with a clear window so that hearing-impaired people can use it and lip read.
Tips - Turn the mask inside out before you add the clear window.
Use the right thread that is dark and is right for your sewing machine if you are using one
